TK7 Thermal Imaging Camera

The TK7 is an industrial-grade handheld thermal imaging camera that captures infrared radiation and converts it into temperature readings displayed as a thermal image. It features a 3.5-inch touchscreen and runs on a smooth, Android-based operating system for intuitive operation.

The TK7 features a high infrared resolution of 384×288 pixels with a 17μm pixel pitch, and an excellent thermal sensitivity (NETD) of <40mK (0.04°C) for detecting very subtle temperature differences. The lens provides a 49°×37° Field of View (FOV) with a spatial resolution (IFOV) of 2.23mrad and a minimum imaging distance of 0.4m. It is focus-free, meaning no manual focus adjustment is needed.

The temperature range spans from -20°C to 550°C, featuring intelligent range selection between two spans (-20~120°C and 0~550°C). The measurement accuracy is ±2°C or ±2%, whichever is greater (tested at 15~35°C ambient, target >0°C, calibrated at 1m).

The TK7 offers four image modes:

• Infrared Image: Full thermal view.
• T-DEF® Blend Mode: Combines thermal and visible images with adjustable transparency (0% to 100%).
• Picture-in-Picture (PIP): Overlays a thermal image on a visible light image (the PIP box is moveable and resizable).
• Visible Light Image: Standard digital camera view.
  It supports 8 color palettes (Grey, Iron, Rainbow, GreyRed, Rain, GlowBow, Medical, Prism), inverted palettes, manual temperature span adjustment (minimum 2°C), and an intuitive touch span mode.

These are advanced onboard image enhancement algorithms:

• T-TWB® (High Temperature Difference Equalization): Optimizes images with a large dynamic range to show more thermal details, effectively shielding interference from high-temperature heat sources.
• IREdge (Image Detail Enhancement): Enhances infrared image contours, sharpening the edges of measured objects for clearer detail in complex scenes.
• Super Resolution (SR): Enhances image resolution and reduces noise, generating an image with twice the width and height of a standard thermal image, making smaller targets easier to distinguish and measure.

Yes. It supports color alarms for temperatures above, below, or between specific thresholds, as well as dedicated humidity and insulation color alarms. Additionally, it supports panoramic stitching in infrared mode (3×1 and 1×3 modes), allowing you to combine multiple thermal images into a single panoramic shot directly on the device.

The TK7 is equipped with an 8MP industrial-grade digital camera. It supports standard MP4 video recording, as well as radiometric video recording (IRS/IRSX format), which captures and saves full temperature data for every frame for later analysis.

The device uses a 3.6V, 5000mAh rechargeable lithium battery that provides ≥4 hours of continuous operation. The standard configuration includes 2 batteries for extended field use. You can charge the battery in the included dock (full charge in ~3.5 hours) or plug a USB Type-C adapter directly into the camera (full charge in ~2.5 hours).

The TK7 is fully connected. It features dual-band WiFi (2.4GHz & 5GHz), Bluetooth (for connecting headphones to playback voice annotations), and built-in GPS. The GPS location data can be saved directly to image files for geotagging your inspections.

Yes. The TK7 supports multiple remote control methods: via PC (AnalyzIR software), mobile device (EasyIR Android app), or a web browser (IRExplorer) accessible from any device on the same network. It fully supports the AnalyzIR professional thermal imaging analysis software for in-depth analysis, real-time data streaming, and report generation.

Firmware can be easily upgraded online via a WiFi connection, or offline using a TF card (via QR code verification). The operating system supports 10 languages: English, Spanish, French, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Italian, German, Portuguese, and Thai.

The standard configuration includes the main unit, 2 rechargeable lithium batteries, a power adapter, a USB Type-C cable, a 32GB TF card & card reader, a calibration certificate, a warranty card, and a quick start guide. The TK7 comes with an upgraded 2-year warranty for the whole unit (the recommended calibration interval is 2 years).

The camera is rugged and ergonomic, weighing 0.8kg (including battery) and measuring 243mm × 95mm × 142mm. It carries an IP54 rating (protected against limited dust ingress and splashing water) and features a UNC 1/4-20 tripod connection. Storage is handled via TF card (a 32GB card is included, and it is expandable up to 128GB).
